1. Minimum net worth: Applicants must have a minimum net worth of CAD $600,000, of which CAD $300,000 must be available in unencumbered liquidity
2. Business ownership or senior management experience: Applicants must have at least three years of business ownership or senior management experience within the past five years.
3. Investment requirement: Applicants must be willing to make a minimum investment of CAD $250,000 in a business in New Brunswick.
4. Language proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English or French by providing valid language test results.
5. Age requirement: Applicants must be between the ages of 22 and 55 years old.
