Canada Intra Company Transfer Visa
- Applicant must establish a new business or purchase and expand an existing business in Canada.
- ICT is exempted from the requirement to obtain the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
- The business must have the potential to create significant economic benefit to Canada.
- The Applicant must demonstrate that he/she has worked minimum 1 year in a company that has a parent company, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate in Canada.
- Invest $1 lac (₹65 lacs) and more in the business to get one year work permit which can be renewed.
- Exploratory visit or visitor visa will add an advantage.
- After 1 or 2 years, one can apply for permanent residency with 6 band & more in IELTS.
The Canadian Intra-Company Transfer (ICT) program allows multinational companies to temporarily transfer key foreign employees to their Canadian affiliate.
The employee must have worked for the company for at least one year in the past three years.
The ICT program is available for executives, managers, and specialized knowledge workers.
The transfer is valid for up to three years, with the possibility of extension.
The employee must have a job offer from the Canadian affiliate and meet Canadian immigration requirements.
The Canadian affiliate must provide support and supervision to the transferred employee.
The ICT program can accelerate the immigration process for eligible employees.
Exploratory visit will / Visitor visa will be an added advantage.
After year or two one can apply for Permanent Residency visa with 6 band & more in IELTS
