Skilled Worker

• Full-time, indeterminate job offer in a skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3) in BC is required.
• An applicant should be qualified enough to perform all the job duties.
• Minimum two years of full-time or equivalent work experience in skilled occupation is must.
• Legal immigration status in Canada is compulsory
• For NOC TEER 2 & 3 minimum CLB 5 in IELTS or CELPIP is required
• Minimum fund to support yourself and your dependents is needed
• For Express Entry BC PNP program, you need to have a valid profile in Express Entry with application number & job seeker code.

Health Authority

• full-time, indeterminate job offer as Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Midwife in BC is required
• Legal immigration status in Canada is compulsory
• Minimum CLB 5 in IELTS or CELPIP is needed
• Minimum fund to support yourself and your dependents is needed
• For Express Entry BC PNP program, you need to have a valid profile in Express Entry with application number & job seeker code.

Entry Level & Semi-Skilled

• full-time, indeterminate job offer in Tourism/Hospitality or Food Processing Sector in BC is required
• Your occupation should be in NOC TEER 4 or 5.
• Before applying, you need to have a continued job of minimum 9 months
• Legal immigration status in Canada is compulsory
• Minimum CLB 5 in IELTS or CELPIP is needed
• Minimum fund to support yourself and your dependents is needed

International Graduate

• An applicant should be graduated in Canada within the last three years.
• full-time job offer in NOC TEER 1, 2 or 3 is must
• NOC TEER 0 is not eligible under this stream
• Legal immigration status in Canada is compulsory
• Minimum CLB 5 in IELTS or CELPIP is needed
• Minimum fund to support yourself and your dependents is needed

International Post-Graduate

• If the applicant has recently competed Masters or PHD from the eligible BC institute, he/she may get eligible for this program.
• You do not need a job offer from an employer under this stream.
• Legal immigration status in Canada is compulsory

BC PNP Tech

• For this program, you need to meet the general requirements of a Skilled Worker (including Express Entry BC PNP program) and International Graduate (including Express Entry BC PNP program)

•  The program allows immigrants to work and live in B.C., which is known for its high quality of life and natural beauty.
